Lake Victoria is known to be the second largest fresh water lake in the world and has an area of approximately 67,483 sq km.
It is shared by 3 countries namely; Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
Kenya shares the smallest part of this lake compared to the other 2 countries. In figures, it shares an area of 3785 sq km of this lake.
It is located in South Western Kenya and it is known for it’s natural beauty, splendid fish and bird life and an exciting range of water sport activities.
