Tented camps are a permanent mode of accommodation since they are set on cement plinths normally situated in various game parks in Kenya. These camps contain electricity, running water, flush toilets, name it.
Two beds can be held comfortably in the large canvas tents, which act as rooms.
You just get reminded that after all you are in Africa, by the tent bit, but it’s not a rough idea.

As expected, there is a variation in prices from one camp to the other, but the quality of service and attendance is like no other that you have come across.
Less people and few vehicles can be contended with by these camps because they are smaller in size compared to the lodges.
You simply can’t compare sleeping in a tent to any other form of accommodation.
